If you are going to be commission me it means you have read and accepted my terms and conditions listed bellow

Payment
°The Payment will be made by Paypal.
°You'll have 30 days to make the payment (in full) after confirmation.
°Not Paying past the 30 day mark will count as rejected and the slot will be open for another customer.
°Once we are past the sketching Phase any an all refunds will not be accepted.
* I will refund the person if I can't complete on the commission.*Right of Usage
°As an artist I keep full intellectual right of my artwork.
°The commission product is a Digital Artwork and will be send via E-mail.
°I deserve the right to cancel any commissions with out any reason given.
°You can choose to credit me for Icons, Borders and Headers but you cannot claim the work as yours.
°Reposting my artwork is okay as long as is credited.
°I may post the art process of your work, if you want the commission to be private please tell me in the Order Form.
°My art cannot be use for commercial purpose unless it was agreed and pay beforehand (see Commercial Fee).
°The outcome may not be 100% to the original given design, as it will be done in my art style/interpretation.What's a commercial use?
°Any and all kind of Merchandise (Prints or stickers for yourself don't count)
°Any kind of ADs & Promotion
°Anything that creates a profit out of my artwork.For streamers and Vtubers
Any and all commission can be use for your channel without any type of commercial fee, as long as I get credited for my work!°Breaking any of the rules listed above will result in a Blacklist, and will not be cosider for any future commissions.
°Any commission order will ONLY be taken if my commission status is open.My art cannot be bought or sold for cryptocurrency or bitcoin. As an artist i do not support NFT and my art cannot be used for NFT. Also my art is not consent to be used by any AI software for the purpose of creating Artificial Generated Art

Frequently asked QUestions
When do I get my art?
- Once the Render process is Done, the art will be send in a rar file via E-mail or Discord DM and will be put as "Finished".How much does it take?
- The time to get a commission depends on the order on the Commission Progress and you will be informed of your Queue Time / Progress Time.Can I get a refund?
- As per the ToS says, you can get a refund only I can't finish the piece, anything past the Sketch is consider
Not refundable.When do I get out of the queue?
- Once we have a finished slot, the commissioner has to confirm that he received the artwork in which the first person on the Waiting list will be contacted.Do I get priority in the Queue?
- No, the queue is made based on Payment Only, the only way to get priority is if it is a usual customer / friend.Can I get a discount?
- No, the only way to get a discount is for special occasions, which I will announce ahead of time.Can I pay in 2-3 parts?
- For first customers, you can only make an upfront payment, for friends and regulars, it can be discuss.

- No, the fees only apply towards Half body / Full Body works.I've read your ToS, what is Fetish Work?
- For Fetish Work, I'm referring to stuff like, NTR / Cheating, Vore, implied assault, etc.
